HELP:Sidebar not updated

I have a self hosted wordpress blog.I had some links in my side bar which i removed a few months back by deleting the sidebar element. The element does not show in the admin panel but the links are still visible on the site.I have cleared the cache but no good.
Please help, these links are preventing the site from upgrading the page rank also.

 

Check your blogroll. If links are there, delete them if not there then check sidebar.php page

 

I highly doubt that a few links in your blogroll would be that influential in what PR you have. The system is not that fragile.
It would help if you told us your URL so that we can help you troubleshoot this.
