I have submitted my site to dmoz more than 1 year ago, and till now it is not included in the directory. Should I resubmit? I know getting to dmoz isn't everything. And true enough, my site has got from 0 visitor to 4k visitors daily without dmoz. But still, it feels good if it is there. My competitors are there, and getting listed seems to provide quite a number of inbound links.
If you have only submitted once and not multiple times during the last year, then one more submission will not hurt. It's possible that your first submission was lost in the crash. However, only submit once to the best possible category you can find.
