    Hey guys !

I have two questions that I hope you can help me with.

I already use Google analytics but I'm wondering whether I have set up my accounts properly.

    Question 1

Right now my websites is set up like this:

    Website 1
    UA-xx1-1

    Website 2
    UA-xx2-1

    Website 3
    UA-xx3-1

    You get the point.

Well this have worked untill now where I have forced a problem - I can only see Adsense data that i use for all websites on one of the accounts.

My logic then tells me I have to set it up like this:

    Website 1, website 2, website 3
    UA-xx1-1
    UA-xx1-2
    UA-xx1-3

i.e. all domains in the same account but in different properties.

Is this the correct way? What is the drawbacks?
A giant advantage I see is that I could now see Adsense data in all domains analytics.

    Question 2
If I chose this new solution and put all websites in one account on different properties, is it then possible to get the old data from the accounts merged into the new properties? Otherwise I loose all data.

Thank you very much for taking your time to read and answer this :)

I believe the way you laid it out is correct. And yes, I think it would pull historical data.

I'm not 100% sure though, but I'm fairly confident.
