Help setting up live chat

    Repost, my previous post was marked as an infraction and deleted since apparently it should have been in the buy sell section. This is NOT true. I am not looking to buy anything from anyone in this forum. Rereading my message I can see I wasn't clear, my apologies.

    I am looking for ideas about how well this will work, how and where to go about finding suitable agents, how to remunerate them and any other thought people have.

    I run a free-muim site which I wanted to add more credibility too by implementing a livechat option via zopim or olark and need to hire someone to handle the sales and support questions.

    Does anyone have an experience integrating livechat support into their business that they would like to share? I dont expect the agent will get more than 10 chats per day so full time would be excessive. Ideally I want close to 24 hour coverage anyway but the companies I've googled all look very dodgy. My next thought was odesk but there doesn't seem to be a way to structure a suitable pay-per-chat or fixed monthly payment through any of the freelance sites. Quality is important
