    Hello friends

I own the domain name www.desifunda.info.

cpanel error after I log in to a certain domain:

I'm seeing this on the mysql section in the cpanel main page

"Sorry, your Cpanel Config file is missing your dns info. "

then all mysql db are gone. No database is there in the mySQL section or even phpMyAdmin.

Even there is nothing in "Parked domins section"

where can I find the cpanel config file?

    plzzzz help

    regards
    aditya

hey, he says he cant rectify that problem .... i dont know how a dumb host he is... he instead gave me his reseller hosting and domain password and told me to do it myself.... plzz tell me some way ..i am in a serious problem again. I dont want anything other than database. Once i get the database i will again easily shift hosting so some good one.... plzz tel me how to get the database. My website is working ... means that database is also working but i cannot see any database in MySQl and phpAdmin. it says "Sorry, your Cpanel Config file is missing your dns info"

god, the PMs were a bit unnecessary don't you think?

i think it's time to get a new host, they sound incompetent and useless and even if they were chargin you 10 bucks it's be 10 bucks too many.

I think someguy was a reseller and sold him a domain and some space with a account. Now being a reseller,it shud be his responsibility to correct the problem. Anyway to OP, get a good host. The entry level prices are like 30-40 dollars a year

if the db you want is the db of some forum / some premade item
than it will have the option of downloading the backup from the forum admin panel
but you are unable to access phpmyadmin
so its unable to take backup from phpmyadmin
