If this is a Joomla installation you might want to change the domain URL in settings.

Why on earth would you want two sites that look exactly the same w/ two different domain names? Even if you manage to fix all of the links on the http://www.sheabutter.co.uk/ site so that they point to pages on http://www.sheabutter.co.uk/, they are duplicates of the pages on http://www.brownearth.co.uk/. Making 10 copies of the same site does NOT mean you're going to get 10 times the traffic. It only means you have to do 10 times the work.

Whomever designed and setup the site in Joomla appearantly has no experience with it. The home page is really the about us page... But wait... they have two different URLs (http://brownearth.co.uk/content/view/17/38/ & http://brownearth.co.uk/). And the URLs are hideous. You need search engine friendly, keyword rich URLs. Viewing it in IE7 I get a scroll bar next to the content on the page (not browser scroll bar... one on the page). I'm not sure if this is a CSS issue or by design. Either way, it's a bad user experience.

IMO you'd be MUCH better off:

    1) Buying Thesis or some other premium WordPress theme that is ready to go out of the box, easy to configure, and SEO friendly... AND
    2) Dropping the idea of having multiple copies of the exact same web site running under different domain names.

It's hard enough building links for and getting one site to rank well. If you work your ass off and can only build 500 back links per month... do you think you can get the most gain by pointing all 500 at various URLs on site A? Or by pointing 250 to URLs on site A and the other 250 to URLs on site B? You are much better off working to get one site to rank well (I can't imaging that site in it's current state ever ranking for anthing other than possibly an exact match on their domain name anyway, so there is a LOT of work to do even with on-page SEO... much less link building).

Once you have one of those sites ranking well for your targeted keyword phrases THEN consider creating a new site, but only if you have the resources to maintain 2 sites going forward. Make sure that the new site has its own unique content. It is absolutely worthless having http://www.sheabutter.co.uk/ and http://www.brownearth.co.uk/ displaying the same content.

if you want to get the more visitor on sheabutter.co.uk then work only for this site and stop work for another site for some days.

You may be able to setup the redirect quickly within your web hosting control panel?

If you use cPanel, the option to setup a redirect is location within the area labeled: Domains

If you do not use cPanel, login to your web hosting control panel to look for an easy redirect setup option, or visit the following web page for more information: How to setup a 301 Redirect

Duplicate content is a big NO NO with Google.
Redirects are tricky. PHP has a certain kind, ASP.net does another. And an .htaccess 301 redirect may be good for static pages, but you need to research before placing your redirect.

Just exchange links the two. Put some refer links to the other sites.
