Help! SEM job offer - what should I ask for?

So I got a job offer recently doing SEM - and have no idea what to ask for. Because I've always working with one-man shops and startups, this type of offer is entirely new to me.

The brief rundown - this is from a "traditional" marketing company that does off-line marketing for many different big-time corporate tech and bio-tech companies...think Kodak or Pfizer. Now they don't have an internet marketing side. They'll contract out to build websites and whatnot - but they need someone to create and run PPC campaigns, email marketing, advise on site design and crawlability, keyword research, etc... There wouldn't be a ton of down-home SEO (intensive link building campaigns or anything).

Keep in mind this is somewhat temporary - I'm leaving the country in 3-4 months, so part of the job would be hiring staff and setting up protocols for the future of this "branch." And this IS in the one of the major markets. Oh - and I'm darn good at it. :D

I know its hard to quantify - but does anyone have any ideas? I need to get back to them by the end of this week.

    One Million dollars!

Ok seriously I would think you could basically do it as a contractor and charge 80-100 an hour.

    Joshman1204 -

So you think hourly is a better way to go then saying "give me X amount of dollars for the next three months" ?

I would think an hourly contract would benefit you more than just telling them you want X amount.
