Help round robin' with iptables

I hope someone can help me work out why this rule isn't working:

If I'm understanding the iptables man correctly this rule should round-robin outgoing http requests over the IP range, but instead it's sticking to the first IP no matter how many connections I make.

 

Nevermind, got it. It was a outside factor not related to the rule.
