    I hope this is the best forum for this but I couldn't find a better match.

    I set my website to send the following message for inactive accounts but it gets dumped in junk mail, how can I change the wording to prevent/reduce this from happening?

    "<person's full name>, your account has had no activity for over 30 days.

    Please mention why you haven't been using it and what changes would encourage you to use it more regularly.

    If you reply with suggestions you will get an extra five dollars in your account, enough for buying another five hundred dollars worth of purchases.

    You can log into your account at this address:
    <login address>

    Thank you"

    Thanks for any help on this issue.

    There are free services that can check your email text for signs of spam and report back to you. Search for "SpamCheck" for example. That might give you something to start.
