HElp Restoring in Cpanel

Hey guys. i just changed my server from a non Cpanel to Cpanel
On the non cpanel i made a full backup so i could import via SSH (too many gb to upload normaly).

When i import on WHM in cpanel, it detects the file, but breaks because the cpanel accounts were not found in the restore.


Is there any way i can restore my files?

 

You will need to do manually. I doubt cPanel can restore automatically if your backup file made manually or from other control panels. What do you have to restore?

 

i have to restore the public html folders and the databases

 

Then you can do in ssh. Take a look at this thread, it can give you some ideas how to do. If you still cannot do it, I can restore for you at a small fee

 

do u have any msn or aim?

 

is not that hard I guess as you upload all the databases.
upload all the files (public_html) and adjust the files that call the mysql function
