Hi.... recently I deleted automatic server upgrades which were costing me a hell lot more than the server price itself. I got this.... can someone guide me or help me to get this done?

Please run apt-get upgrade on (server name)

This is quite possibly a security upgrade.

    Details:
    Reading package lists...
    Building dependency tree...
    Reading state information...
The following packages will be upgraded:
    apache2 apache2-mpm-prefork apache2-utils apache2.2-common libjasper1
    phpmyadmin
6 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 4308kB of archives.
After this operation, 36.9kB of additional disk space will be used.
    Get:1 [url lenny/updates/main apache2-utils 2.2.9-10+lenny7 [145kB]
Get:2 lenny/updates/main apache2-mpm-pref...ete and in download only mode Thank You.....

I'm not really sure what your question is here. Are you asking if it's safe to run that command?

You need to log into ssh as root on the server to run the command. The command is telling the server to check for updated packages, and update what's already on the server.

    apt-get upgrade

    Code (markup):
