    Hi
For some reason - my directory went down - showing errors in the include file:( It uses the very first version of PhpLYNX script. There was never a problem during all these years - so I kept it the way it was.

Some-one from cantufind network - please help me!

    Cheers

Has your webhost recently upgraded? I was running an older version of eSyndicat on one of my sites and a recent server upgrade killed it. I've been slowly moving it to WordPress.

Lynx appears to have been abandoned. My advice would be to find an alternative and switch to something else.

Has your host updated PHP or something? I'm betting that version is so out of date that it is a security risk. Time to take the database and move to something that has a current version.

If you contact Kevin directly or maybe a php developer who knows enough, some people will sort a small problem for as little as a few $, because the lynx never gained the same traction as others theres a much smaller userbase, so understandably will be difficult to find specific help for it but im sure a quick thread for help in the right section on DP might help.

If I recall, parts of the script were encrypted, so he might be stuck needing to downgrade the PHP version. Might also want to consider importing the data into another directory script.

Thanks for your help guys. YMC & Dan - both of you are absolutely correct. My host upgraded recently and it killed the script.

David - I am wondering if I could import the database into phpLD script. Please let me know. In that case your technicians will have to help me out.

    Cheers

Yes, it won't be a problem to import. It is probably an hour or two of work on our end.
