Buying Help required making minor changes in CSS design - $10

    This is what I need done:

    The main section of the css page needs to be set to 100% height so I do not need to set a exact height on every page.

    The footer is floating at the top of the page for an unknown reason. Place the footer back where it belongs at the bottom of the page.

    Payment: $10 Paypal
