Help Required - jQuery Conflict with Pop-Up Plugins (Wordpress)

    Hello guys,

    I know nothing about jQuery so, please help me out here. Whenever I install a popup plugin on my wordpress blog, it doesn't appear. I tried to find out what is conflicting and found a .js file in the theme. When I removed it from the theme, popup appeared but the theme messed up.

    Please have a look at this .js from the theme:
