Hello! I'm a newbie here and am currently in the process of creating my first commercial website. of course, i have dabbled with routine coding but now i have a specific requirement and I hope you'll be kind enuf to help me out.

I'm almost done with the basic layout of the website, but my client wants to be able to regularly post pictures online. I think it'll be a waste of time and ,not to mention exhaustive, to incorporate them in the website using the <img> tag. What other method(s) do u suggest i follow, so that they are able to post the pictures themselves and not require my intervention everytime?

    pls reply asap!
    thank you.

Normally you would code CMS functionality in the system for your client to use. However, try googling for a free website gallery module for something free that you can integrate relativly easy.

I just typed this in Google "Free website photo gallery module". You should find more than plenty that meets your requirements

i wouldnt count on your "scripts" if this is going to be done right its needs to be done with a cms.

install wordpress and read about it. without the knowledge of a CMS you will find it hard to be a web deisigner for profit. wordpress is very simple, i suggest you learn it
