Help requested for installing a script

I am soliciting free advises or installation supports for the free video hosting script I downloaded from http://www.ooglester.com/.

I am unable to pay for this installation unfortunately at this moment. I had tried this myself and later with a professional for a small fee but he excused.

The script is written in php and only keywords and some tags need setup.
Anyone willing to help can post here or Pm me for hosting and ftp details.

Where are you hosting the script? Is it on a linux server?

 

No it is on windows server. Would it be a problem?
