help renaming htaccess.text to .htaccess in godaddy plz

    Hi i m a newbie. I have just installed joomla in godaddy. I need to rename htaccess.text file to .htaccess .I don't find where the file is in godaddy file manager section. can anyone help me plz?waiting for anyone's help. thanks.

    go into the file manager and do it. rename is a selectable function.

    try to use FTP (filezilla, cute ftp, etc)

    yes guys. Done. I just dowenloaded zoomla 1.5 to desktop. Unzip it and upload the htaccess.txt to my godaddy server. Then rename it to .htaccess. Done. thanks buddies for help.
