Help Regarding Sub - Domain

Guys... as .. u all know.. i m new to this webmaster stuff...
and i need ur help guys
rite now. .i m using a .co.cc free domain.. [with DNS service]
now.. i saw on a site.. that.. the guy.. had.. a sub domain.. on his .co.cc domain
like blog.xyz.co.cc
now.. i wanna know.. how.. to create such a sub domain name
and.. please.. guide.. me.. as in detail as you can...

coz.. i will not understand.. much.. higher language of the webmaster's

i think you can also register free .co.cc sud-domain from the same site

 

i have got a co.cc i.e. diddlelive.co.cc
but.. i want to create a blog like blog.diddlelive.co.cc
so.. how.. can i create it??
