Help regarding laptop

    Hello Friends,
    I have dell inspiron i15 laptop. But the upper keys of my laptop are not working and i don't know which driver is used to run these keys. Please some one help me and provide the downloading link of that drivers..

    I could be wrong, but it doesn't sound like a driver issue to me. I would look in your control panel settings under peripheral devices like "keyboard." Also, try googling your laptop model to see if it's a common issue.

    Hi Angel,

    I assume you mean the combined function (F1, etc) and multimedia keys on this laptop? Do both the function and multimedia keys not work? Or do the function keys work, for example, but not the multimedia aspect, such as changing volume? Or?
