i don't have knowledge about designing website .i want to choose a hosting provider which designs website for free.does any hosting provider is doing this service?
As faras I know and encountered, at most hosting companies can offer you with templates (that may be used by millions other) for free. Real design are of extra fees either by hosting company or solely design companies/individuals. Try DP's design section and probably there are freelancers willing to build you pro one for affordable price.
