It's a way of getting backlinks. You only earn from it if someone who has a site they want to get links for, doesn't have time to do it themselves, and so pays you to do it for them.
Yup, its just a way to get back links to your site for free. Many blogs allow you to comment on posts, and enter your website url. But be genuine when you make a comment, do not spam, most comments are moderated!

Its easy you can either buy the list of blog from the seller or search the blog one by one. I think the first option is the viable one compare to second option.
