help regarding copyright issues ..slightly off topic

    first upon iam not a good webmaster at all

    i have a small site regarding DJs and have a bulletine board.Iam scared if any of members add copyright or say pirated songs or links on my site then iam gone.
    is there anything which would fix this situation like providing terms but most of them ignore these terms and conditions in this case what shall i do

    You have to actively moderate your bulletin board to make sure people follow the rules. That probably means deleting posts, issuing infractions, and occasional (temporary or permanent) bans if people break the rules.

    You may want terms in place that don't allow people to upload any music to your site at all. If people want to share music, they can link to their own web site or myspace profile or lastfm playlist or whatever.

    agree with this
    prob is that
    this is good as well as bad
    good is that it will enable most users to download the remixed song on my site which may result in good traffic
    bad is it will result in copyright issues ?

    so i dont know excatly what shall i do

    Companies will warn you if you have any copyrighted stuff on your website, so don't panic too much... Just check your mail and spam folder if there are any warnings :)

    i have currently blocked users from uploading mp3 files

    now will this be correct

    and second thing
    members can post links but its doesnt act like link say we cannot click on the link directly

    will this be alright now!!
