I am trying to do a raw data export to get the username and passwords because our webserver just crashed. Here is exactly what happens I click maintenance Then I click Raw data export Then I click Customer data Then I choose "found set" I then click to sort by "login" then the "save in" box appears and I choose where to save. Here is where the problem occurs. I should now see a box to define what fields to export data from but it never comes up??? Just the "save in" box . What can I do? I need this data really bad. Is the FileMaker process doing anything? Like if you check your system processes, is it using any CPU time?
Yes the system processes sho that it is running, but I don't think it is trying to process my request. I've tried it on 2 different computers and got the same result. I waited about 30 minutes and the field screed never came up. It's like that function is broken or something. I really need help with this, all of my email users are down. What do you mean? I can access them from the customer info screen but I need all of the usernames and passwords exported so that I can import them into the mail server. I even did the upgrade to the new version of OG and still get the same problem with the raw data export. Can we set a time for you to VNC into my machine, so that you can see it for yourself? I spoke to the other Shawn at the office today and he can't figure it out either. I just really need this data...Bad>.....
