Help promoting (for $$) free service for baby boomers

I tried to post in buy/sell/trade earlier without much success. So I want to know what do I do wrong and what needs to be corrected. May be such thing are not best for self-promotion. Please advice.
I have perfect money-making opportunity for those with US females 45+ readership. We are offering very desired and paid $100s everywhere else, caregiver matching and research service – we are only ones who do it FREE. There is no gimmick, no trick and never even payment info to enter; caregivers they pay us a fee for the good job employment they find though us.

I can pay as much as $25 to $50 for each senior that uses our FREE service. I decided not to go through something costly that robbers the affiliates and me (like CJ). So I purchased and installed affiliated software with advanced tracking, I get some banners and text ads and am ready to roll.

    What do I do now?
    Any advice?
Are there are people who take and promote affiliated programs like that and get %% for that?

This should go in the Buy/Sell/Trade section. Not here.

Hmm... interesting concept. I would try promoting your business in some forums catered towards baby boomers. One thing I have noticed is that when I read the community newspapers, there is a large section catered towards the elderly, perhaps you can try that. :)
