Help promoting a SEO affiliate program. (Link not included)

    I have an affiliate link about an SEO product I'm trying to promote. I really want to rent someone's SEO targeted email list but I can't pay anymore than 5-10 dollars. I don't have a clue where to begin to create my own list. Can anybody help me, give me suggestions please? Thanks.

    Do you have a site, do you know how to edit it?
    If so, I recommend to add a squeeze spot to your site.
    Offer a freebie in exchange for the details... usually works.
