Hello- I just started http://www.postaposition.net in early Sept. and I am trying to get it off the ground. It's a job listing site for web/graphic designers, but the unique thing about it is that it's free to post job listings, unlike most web design job sites. So any ideas on what I should be doing to get it off the ground. A couple of blogs have reviewed the site so far on there own which is giving about 1000 uniques per month so far, but I would really like to up the traffic a bunch. Thanks for any advice.

JV with related competitors ie buying ads at the freelancing sites such as GetAFreeLancer and so on. Think along that line as your audience are probably from there.
