HELP- Programs advertising top ranks on google worth it?

I see these programs that are like 200$/month. They say that they can get my site on top 10 rank for google/yahoo/msn/aol etc etc

are these real or what? are they worth it? heres a site of an example of a program i was looking at

Umm... no. (or "not likely good"). I mean... if you can get top ranked for word "business" (3,4 billion competing hits in google) for $200 - why wouldn't everybody be doing it

If you get ranked high for some very,very,very uncompetitive word... then I suppose there's no competition - and you'd could do that anyway.

There *might* be some good & real offers, but finding them (and not risking your $$$) can be tough thing to do.

 

ok, well im just trying to get the most traffic to my site so i would love if someone had a good program or website that could get me on the top 10 ranks for google or other search engines
