Help plz, i think i got scammed

    I ordered the samsung 226BW like a month ago on Ebay and the item is in canada and i am in US. But after receiving the monitor, i got a bill letter mail from some random company called PBB Global Logistics and they said i owe them $70. I paid $250 for the 226BW plus $50 shipping charges and i ended up paying $70 more for this crap? wtf help please guys.

    have you asked the seller what the bill is? if he has no idea what it is, ask the company that gave you the bill, if it is not for you, send the bill onto the seller, if that doesn't work you have to argue with the company, and give the seller bad feedback!

    I done that with a PSP, got a massive VAT bill like 2 months later.

    Well, i am kinda afraid right now because i sent back the monitor to the seller... so now i dunno what will happen next since i returned the monitor for only $250 while the other $50 shipping is gone. And now i gotta deal with this $70 crap... This is mess up, i am not gonna order stuff from canada again.
