Help plz,adbrite & CPM?!!

    i see that adbrite only by click for me and very little
    and CPM=0$
    how to make revenue by page view "CPM" using adbrite, is there special setting to make it CPM?
    what should be the pay rate for click and CPM?

    same problem... the flat rate are not available now....don't know what happened......
