    i have maded a embed page but ppl use to copy the source code and make der own page that made me feel sad so thats y i wanna make a page like that i have mentioned above

    The html will always be accessible - perhaps you need to tell us what you are trying to achieve. Just to protect your html? Your php scripts (for example) will always be hidden from view.

    Isn't that just a form with a big text box and a mysql connection to save it?

    Any php tutorial on "guest pages" will give you the tools you need.
