You've got the ads in the header in the perfect spot but, you can put: 2 ad units on the top of each page like this one (text and next to that put image ad unit.) They take up the whole top of the page but they get high clicks. Google will always disply the highest paying ads so, when that image ad is displayed it's always the highest clicks but it's the best looking ads. Your site will have video, movie, and dating image ads so, the ads will always have a hot chick or the best new movie releases and funny vid ads. Surfers will click to see free movie trailers, check out the hot chicks on video and dating sites and funny vids. Clicks will increase but the pay rate will vary.
