Help please!

    Today create account on Yahoo search marketing. Live on USA . Have 3 credit card - visa platinum, visa gold , visa classic . Create compain ok , sign in ... and... see this label : "The account ********* 14146***** is not displaying ads as of 7/2/07 10:46 AM PST. This may be because the account has reached its daily spending limit, its balance has been depleted, or your company's account administrator has set the account status to off". :eek: . After logout , try to entered - label disappear.
    3-4 minutes later see label is appear. Ads is don't working , traffic is don't go on :( Please help me.


    P.S. all credit card have balance>1000$, ads monthly click on 200$.

    contact already 5 times , said , what they test it within 12 hours and all :( 5 days remaining
