I try to perfect any differences in browsing problems between IE and Firefox but I can't see why this is happening:

In firefox the nav loads fine - the format on the nav headings (orange with grey bg) its just a css style but for some reason it doesnt show properly in IE, any suggestions as to why?

I didn't see any serious problems. Also I would like to comment that the titles could be made in the same fonts as the “Navigation” or “Site related” to the left.

I'm not sure what you are referring to....the navigation links I see are black with a green rollover...and the site looks the same to me in IE and Firefox.
