I am assuming ( uh oh ) you want this on all pages. You can make or buy a template for your blog. There are people here who make such things. If your account has template tools to change the presentation of the blog it would be wise to use it.
dude... i KNOW i can buy but with millions for free, why would i? there's no modifications available at blogspot... so i need html code and css inserted, i tried a few but it was something wrong with them or me... anyway, i hope one expert will answer this one, but thanks.
You are welcome. Go see dynamic drive (dynamicdrive.com ). You will find lots of stuff. But will Google allow you to insert javascript into their blog ? I would get a cheap or free host and use Wordpress. You would have more choices.
