Hey everyone, I need some advice! I just launched Screendash.com and need to get customers. Over the next week the site will transition into offering the software for Free! What I need to do is get people to start using the software. I need more downloads and more importantly people to start using it. It is really an amazing piece of software and nothing comes close. You can try submitting it to social book marks such as digg and stumbleupon, if its free Im sure people will like it
It will take some time to bring traffic through social bookmarking. that is not instant. But if you want some instant traffic you can use google adwords and ppc campaign. But it will cost you.
You could sumbit your software to some of the free download sites. That will get your more downloads and you can link back to your site in the description.
Do your keyword research and find good keyword will high searches and low competition. Then optimise your site for those terms and build backlinks with the links anchor text as the keyword you found.
