Hi My Name Is Sammy Hayabuza I'm the owner and author of Www.Mun2Urbano.com which is a latin based website that deals with urban and latin music. Its In spanish, I speak english and spanish, but my webmaster ,only speaks in spanish. I'm from the Dominican Republic, where I also reside right now. Before reading on ,you can google my website and my name, so you'll know i'm legit about this topic. My Website has been hacked into, and somebody put a virus that redirects you to a pornsite. Its the second time thats this has happened in three week. My webmaster fixed the first attack ,and he said he found someone snooping in the C-panel. I have never messed with the cpanel and have not ever gonned in there until recently on the second attack.(just in case,I didnt even know the password ,cause I left My security issues with the webmaster). He said that he does not have a tool to see who it was or the ip address of the individual who was in there. On this second attack or hack, my webmaster is unable to fix the problem , and so my users are giving me the complaints and new users get blocked out of the site by aintivirus and antispyware programs, thus, making the growth and expansion of my website slow and inconvinient to both. Can anybody help me and my webmaster with either tools, knowledge and advice on how to get rid of the problem, cause if he cant resolve iI Will be moving on to some other host ,I'll problably will have to pay for an extra security add on such offered on networksolutions.com , but it will cost me time ,effort and more money, and i'm right now on a tight budget. Thsi problem is happening mostly with users with internet explorer, but it does attack on anybody with no, or a bad antivirus program. Well this Injection things usually happens in shared hosting .. I would suggest moving to a dedicated or VPS on a more secure host
Can I move to another server with everything intact and have them remove it for me??????I dont want to lose all the info and music I uploaded.
sure why not. Just ask your New host to Transfer the files for you, if they are good at business and care for customers, they would do the job for free.
