Help please !!!Will this get me banned.

I have an email list which i bought from someone on another forum. There are 1 million+ emails in that list. Person who sold it to me told me that it is opt in and not harvested however i doubt that because i bought it for very cheap price. I now want to send out emails about my website which is listed in all major search engines including google. I do not have adsense on the site but i do plan to put adsense soon. Do you think sending emails will get me banned from search engines. I know it can from adsense thats why i dont have adsense on it yet but after 1 advertising shoot i will put adsense after few days. What do you guys think,suggest

No, it wont get you banned from search engines.

I could send out spam from all of my competitors if that was true.

 

I really don't think the engines can ban you for this, however if a couple people on the e-mail list report you as spam to your host you may lose your site.

 

I just doubt very much whether the emails are genuine, never mind opt-in............your local ISP will jump all over you if you try and send from your local connection

Just be careful as it is best to not get into trouble .......... a hard working trouble free working day is best... that usually brings in a few bucks

Are you serious. I heared that google wont tolerate spam and someone told me that google will ban your site for spamming. I think i should send one now but if some of you get it please dont report me

If you're going to spam, you should at least understand how to spam and what the risks are.

Thats why i have hired someone in Ukraine to do that for me and my servers are in Pakistan. I doubt that emails are opt-in because i bought that list for $45 and if i owned something like that and it was opt-in quality list i wouldnt sell it for $45 but maybe its just me

 

I am not going to spam. Well i am not considering it spam because to my knowledge it is opt-in and i will have everything in place to comply with spam laws like opt-out link. I however want to know if it is possibility that it can happen. Well Rob i dont understand your high IQ level answers So you might want to clarify that to help me out plzz

 

Just make sure your email has a link for people to be removed from the list.

email spam will not get you banned from google.

it might get you banned from your host or ISP though
