Help Please! SQL import problem - Will pay if needed

    Hi.
    I recently bought a blog, get the files and the database, but i can not import it.
    im getting this error:
    /*!40103 SET TIME_ZONE=@OLD_TIME_ZONE */;
#1298 - Unknown or incorrect time zone: 'NULL'
    Code (markup):
    can someone help me to transfer the blog or give me advice what can i do or i will pay a small fee to one who can import sql.

    Is that that line (/*!40103 SET TIME_ZONE=@OLD_TIME_ZONE */;) from the very beginning of the SQL file ? You can try taking that line out (any old text editor will do) and try importing without it.
