Have I set permissions wrong. Everytime you cancel out or refresh the page - the same thing comes up - ENTER USERNAME AND PASSWORD AT CONTROL PANEL - then the address number. Can anyone help please. What have I done wrong? The host is with hostmonster and the forum is a simple machines forum.
