RealtorPress looks like an excellent option for Wordpress and there are some coupons for it here: http://www.ozsource.net/premiumpress.com/ Its not as complex as openrealty but there is nothing wrong with a bit of simplicity.
It might be too simple for what I need for the search criterias ie. like the site linked...but thanks anyways!!!
You could use the CMS Realty Joomla integration to achieve exactly what you want. Still a bit of a learning curve if he isn't used to Joomla.
