Help Please, I can't Login in Commission Junction

    Even after I accepted the certificate, still I can't access CJ using Firefox.

    members.cj.com uses an invalid security certificate.

    The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

    (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

    I'm using the latest version of Firefox. Are you experiencing the same?

    I think it was a temporary config issue & was resolved pretty quickly - you should have been able to accept that certificate in Firefox 3 though, it's just an annoying process with too many clicks.

    Thank you, tvmatt. But until now I can't still log in. I click "Accept Certificate" in Firefox, but the browser got stuck.

    Airtel broadband users in Delhi/Chandigarh in India have not been able to use CJ website since 24 July. Which city/country are you in?

    I was able to log in CJ using Opera. Opera is so fast when it is tweaked. Search on Google how to do it.
