[Help] PhpLD Theme: Procedure to Install navyblue v2.1 theme..

    Hi Friends,
    After facing some trouble I installed PhpLD on a site but i wanted to place a nice theme. I chose the theme http://www.niedojadlo.net/downloads/navyblue-theme.zip

    But i didn't find full instructions what i need to do to install the theme.. If some buddy can give the steps i need to do that would be great.
