check your file permission of "../CORE_TEMPLATES/messages.tpl"

    CHMOD it to be readable

hmm, i think the CORE_TEMPLATES part is a constant, but it seemed that it did not reflect the value assigned to it..

well, it's quite hard to make a pretty accurate solution because there's not really much detail, but i think rahmat also have a point, please check if you have the correct folder permissions

hmm, i cant really tell you exactly what to look for, but the easiest way to know the folder permissions is to fire up your ftp client and check the folder permissions of your site specially the one for the core_templates since its the one spewing all the error, permission for your dir should be 664 or 777(although this is probably a security risk)

This just happened this morning. Yesterday I changed my Cpanel. I saw nothing wrong. the sites were up and running. Then today I got this message. Dpo you think somebody hacked the server:) of course I am stretching my imagination here -paranoid me, I can't think of a reason why it happened. Or the licenses for the scripts were not properly paid for? ondering just aloud.S

Your problem probably lies in your smarty config, the path is probably set to an absolute system filepath, which makes it incorrect because your config is suited to your old server

May be. The only thing I changed was my password. The user name is the same, same server etc. My take is that this change of password should have been accepted automatically. I could be wrong. The server has accepted the new login though.s
