    Hi, I am not U.S. citizen, but I really need to open an PayPal U.S. Account, to market on eBay.

    I already have an U.S. Bank account, in California.
    How can I open this account for me?

    If you already have us bank account, then I think there's no problem. Just add the bank into your paypal account.
