[Help]Paypal payment held

Hi,
My brother transfered some funds to my paypal a/c by services/others. It was transfered successfully but after sometime that funds got held by paypal. Its been 3 days and still its on hold. I have given them the shipping address and told them that my brother has send me funds. But still its being reviewed by paypal. Its being 3 days still nothing. I want your help what should i do? And if anyone knows paypal support email address then let me know.

Don't worry if you have given them enough things. They will review it and will give you money back.

 

Why PayPal held your funds if buyer has not filed the dispute with them? Anyways if its your brother then you can not loose your money in any case, even if PayPal sends money back to him, you can ask him to resend it.

Is your paypal account new one ?
As PP checks transactions of high amounts on every new accounts for first transactions atleast.

 

i got the same problem on Jan 24. After 10 days the payment was reversed.

 

My brother has sent an email to the paypal support. Lets see what happens. Hope they resolve this soon.

 

No my a/c is not new its around 1yr old and the amount is not high its just 45$

 

I've got payment from my client. It's held too. I don't know nothing. I explain that's service payment. Until now 2 days ago still in held. What's about? Thanks

 

I'm confused here, Whether the funds are on "hold" or "Under Review" ?

 

The funds are held and the transaction is under review by paypal.
