hello, i hope some one could help me i recently verified my paypal using VCC (virtual credit card) but they still limits my account, they ask me to upload the ff: Bank account or Credit card (credit card statement) Photo ID i already upload Photo ID but i cannot find anything to upload for the card statement since i used VCC in verifying my account.. any help would be greatly appreciated
I'm afraid that they will close my account once they knew i used VCC I'm from the Philippines by the way
You cannot use vcc to verify in paypal , you need a real cc for that , so tell them that you verified with vcc and see what they say.
If you call them and tell them you verified with VCC, and pretend you new nothing about it not being allowed you should be able to find a resolution to the problem with the representative. Tell them you would like to take steps to correct the situation however you can and explain you didn't know it wasn't allowed and aren't trying to do anything illegal or immoral. If you sound sincere, you shouldn't have any problems finding an alternate verification method. I don't know about VCC, but if you use it to add funds into paypal, they may no longer allow it.
Did u used your VCC or someone else's VCC? if you have used your VCC then there will be solution I think!!
find out what kind of vcc you used. from what bank or what vender it came from. then use google images to find the header and a bank statement. then use photoshop to replace the header on the bank statement with the one for the vender of the vcc. Then change the name to your own, the account number to xxxxxlast4 of your card, etc etc. unfortunately that is the only way to get out of the mess you're in. if you call them and you're honest, they will cancel your account since you lied about the other info (country, etc etc). this is obviously extremely blackhat and even illegal (though so was making a fake paypal account) i don't recommend it, im just stating what your option is good luck

Paypal can easily come to know if the CC was a valid one or not becos, they constantly update their financial databse. You might notice that very soon, VCC and VBA sellers will be out of business. This is good for people who are honest and do honest business, but nevertheless, PP themselves are really screwed up. But when PP breaks the law, the Govt takes necessary steps to mandate them and when the Govt officials break the law, there is someone to mandate them or eliminate them. So all in all, no one is honest, whatever business they are in. Just my 2 cents here.
