HELP! Paypal Limited My Account.

    Hey guys,

    I've got my paypal account permanently limited as they state because I was using VCC's.

    I used VCC's to send payments (HDFC Netsafe) - As indian user's cannot use their Paypal balance, they need to attach a credit card/debt card to send payments. They were not accepting my actual/real card - thus I was generating VCC's to send payments.

    Now they have limited/blocked my account. Has anyone else been through this problem? Any solution? Which card work's for Indian users? Please guide me.

    You should go to solve their resolutions.

    From what I experiences, they will ask you to upload your Identity Card , or Billing Statement evidence to ensure Paypal so they can trust your account.
    I give them what they asked for.

    And my account is not limited anymore until now.

    Yeah, I've talked to them over the phone and they want to me to get another card from the bank account and attach the real one before they unlimit my account. I'm wondering which card works for online transactions, as mine from HDFC Bank, Dhanlaxmi and ICICI bank always get rejected - not sure why.

    Brother,better Add a Credit Card instead of VCC as VCC's are risky.Get ICICI credit card against FD of Rs20000 and you can use that in your Paypal account.Good Luck :)

    brother, i have used vcc from my HDFC netsafe account not from any other third party VCC.

    VCCs are not allowed as they are risky in the eyes of Paypal.Why dont you get Credit Card :)

    HDFC CC will work, as I'm using that for verify my account. So no problem in using HDFC CC.

    I am just frustrated with all the happening going.. The polititations and bureaucrats who have millions of dollars in their foreign accounts are not trapped by govt or RBI and common people like us are restricted for online payments.

    I faced same problem resolved it through twitter @askpaypal
    but now I can not use anymore HDFC netsafe cards(PP account blocked 3times)
    Sad thing is that my main debit card is not working with paypal(it shows error while confirming card)
    can anybody help why main HDFC debit card can not be confirmed?

    paypal just informed me that do not use VCC with our system
    VCC=Netsafe or prepaid card.
