Help Paypal Limited Account - NO CREDIT CARD

    Hey guys, i just recieved $400 on my Premier Paypal Account and now it says

    ACCOUNT ACCESS LIMITED

    Add and confirm a bank account
    Fax or upload documentation
    Validate your Account Information
    Provide Business Information
    Provide Certificate of Posting

    I DONT have a Credit Card or Bank Account, and paypal was meant to be my first account, what should i do? I need my money back!

    and whoever sorts this, i will pay $200

    Hello,
    i would like to help you in this issue.I need some information before.
    What type of accout - business or premier.
    Which country you have signed - US or some other.

    Solution:
    Purchase one Bank account from DP which will cost you only $20.
    Purchase one VCC which will cost $5 and confirm the address.
    Then they will clear the limit.
    I think this will help you.Do not mess with paypal as they will freeze the account.

    From your intial post, i do not see them mentioning anything about credit card. All they ask for is a bank account so if you do not have a bank account, just go to your bank and start an account, all you probably need is to put in the minimum deposit and you be set.

    I would take it that you are of the legal age, ie 18 years old and above and that is the minimum age required to sign up for a paypal account. That should be the minimum age to get a bank account too.


    That should settle 3 of the first conditions.

    Then all you need to do is to fax Paypal the registered postage slip from your post office or the courier company. Then also fax them the Invoice too. Basically the basic documentations for selling anything.

    This is what you need to do.

    VCC means virtual credit card in case you didn't know. I used a VCC together with my bank account details and it worked.

    Can anyone please guide me to the thread where one can buy a Bank Account? I have one already but its always good to know such things just in case ;)
