[Help] PayPal Limited 180+ days.

    Hello, My account was limited in 2010, But now i need to remove the limitation, so i contacted PayPal for the problem, They told to add a PAN card and Bank Account to verify it.
    So i wanted to ask, If i add a Bank Account and PAN card to my Paypal will my limitation goes off ? or it will stay.?

    If they told you to add two things then do it. And give them a call to remove the limitation.

    No if 180 days things already posted in your a/c it means ur a/c permanently ban
    u cant lift the limitation

    If i added my Bank account and PAN card to it, And account doesn't unlimited, can i add the same information to new account ?

    you can withdrawal money after that ur paypal will limited forever.you can mail directly compliance (at) paypal.com for ref and can send CC aup (at)paypal.com for asking help
