HI Guys, I was trying to verify my acct and got the message that I could not verify the acct because my acct was limited. I have tried looking in the resolution center but have found no indications of my acct being limited. Neither was any email sent to my email addy. What could I be doing wrong? I have also tried their FAQS and saw nothing to that effect. Your ideas and opinions as to the possible cause of this would be highly appreciated.
I added my bank account in paypal. It added my bank account without any problem. You can do try again.
Which country are you from ? Typically if you can navigate around your control panel apart from the resolution center, it would mean that you are not limited. It might just mean the adding a bank account option may not be opened to your country or just a glitch in the system.
